I had been thinking about starting this newsletter since a long time and today I feel the need of it more than ever.
What the Need ?
I wanted to create a medium by which I can speak to you and send a message directly. That can surely be done on a one to one basis but we are growing at a good rate and at multiple geographies, hence a tool is needed to share a voice.
As Charu says “THE VOICE OF BIG BOSS”
What can we Expect ?
I will make sure that this is not a section that talks about corporate policies or procedures but an interesting read of what I come across in the journey which I can pass on to you as an experience. It will not be a YADA YADA about how to do things to solve any problems but a perspective change that might be needed as a fresh approach to what you might be facing.
The idea is not to offer you a Quick Fix to your problems but to help you understand that YOU CAN FIX WHATEVER YOU ARE FACING that YOU ARE ALREADY AN ACHIEVER AND CAN ACHIEVE MORE and to TELL YOU HOW TO ACHIEVE MORE.
Is it a Mandatory Training ?
No it is not a TRAINING, like I said its a share of what I have seen and learned over the years. Reading it might help or might not but for sure I will not bore you.
How frequently will we get this ?
For the starters I am trying to keep it for once in a week.
